Drive thru is dope, it gets packed fast so line might seep into the street. The baristas usually catch on quick and they start having someone (sometimes 2 people) take orders car by car so the line moves fast. They are usually busy so expect a wait time, but they are always nice despite this fact. Be nice too!! My recommendation is know what you want and your wait time will be shorter.

I was regular here but I stopped going yesterday because the workers look so miserable. and I heard the manager being rude to them. I think her name is Melanie?, the reviews said it and she's short and she looks 40 year old picking on the employees. The managers need to do better job to make employees like their job and not scold them for little things. My friend who used to works there said employees get fired for little things. I will not be coming back because of terrible service from rude manager. Go to la monarca it's close in pacific street coffee is good👍 there

I come to this store almost everyday to study and whatever has happened since the old manager left is honestly ridiculous. I've noticed it for a while, but a few days ago, I had a nasty interaction with the manager that honestly made me never want to come back. The staff here, which all are clearly still very young, look uncomfortable and stressed all the time. I used to work in fast food as a teenager, and you can just tell when employees don't feel supported by management because service gets slower, they seem on edge, and overall the energy in the store drops. Instead of supporting her crew and customers during busy times, she seems to nitpick and hover over everything, and it honestly comes across off as insecurity. She's worried about all the wrong things while the store itself is getting worse everyday. This store is pretty small and when it is empty, you can quite literally hear her talk to employees in ways that are completely unprofessional. The tone, the attitude, the way she carries herself—it’s just unpleasant. No wonder the staff are so drained, the store is being ran by someone that is clearly unhappy with themselves. It’s disappointing to see this location prioritize the drive-through over customers inside the store. While I understand the need to keep drive-through traffic moving, the in-store experience shouldn’t be overlooked. Having a dedicated employee focused on assisting walk-in customers would make a noticeable difference and create a more balanced, positive experience for everyone.

First off I want to state that I’ve come to to this location many times and never had an issue but of course the one time it does happen there was absolutely no reason for this to happen. I went with my wife and ordered a large horchata Frappe and she got her usual large Vanilla Cold Brew and when we were getting to the window the car in front was given their drinks and drove off to the point of exiting and an employee was seen running out of the store to catch up to the vehicle and then we see him get a drink from the driver and runs back in and we can clearly from the driver thru window that they are all laughing about what happened and it was super obvious that drink was intended for my wife and the employees laughed and joked about it until they were just letting a little bit of time pass by before giving us our order when clearly they knew we noticed and when the worker handed me the drinks I asked if that was the same drink that guy ran for and she said it was ours but they remade it when that was clearly a lie when they brought it back at no point did we hear any blenders or anyone making a new one and by handing me the drink the cold brew was obviously lower than what it is
